🏡HOUSE RULES VIOLATION FEE SCHEDULE

To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, the following fees apply if house rules are not followed:

*Smoking or vaping inside the home: $300
*Bringing pets without prior approval: $300
*Unauthorized late checkout: $100
*Excessive cleaning required beyond standard turnover: $50/hour
*Hosting unapproved gatherings or parties: $500

This is a private residence, not a hotel. We kindly ask that you treat the space with care and respect, just as you would your own home. Please leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition upon departure. Thank you for your cooperation.

📆 LONG-TERM STAY POLICY
For stays exceeding 28 days:

An additional cleaning fee of $120 will be applied.

The host will provide up to one month’s supply of essentials (e.g., toilet paper, paper towels, soap).

After these supplies are used, guests are responsible for replenishing them as needed.
