A fresh inviting place to stay in the most admired downtown neighbourhood! Walking distance to many pubs, restaurants, boutique shops and more! Transit at your doorstep to NAIT, WEST EDM MALL, GRANT MACEWAN, U OF A and more!

Located in the admired neighbourhood of Oliver. We have owned this condo for 10+ years and have really added many personal touches you will not find elsewhere. One of our favorite things about the space is the pallet wall!

Guests will have access to the entire condo.

Hosts will always be available by message through the app.

We LOVE the neighbourhood!! Although our place is quiet, If you like to be in the middle of the excitement this may be the place for you! Our home is walking distance from a large variety of bars, pubs, restaurants, the city centre mall, the artsy 124st district, an amazing bakery, and much more interesting little shops! Check out the map for all our favourite places in the area to go!

City transit at our doorstep!

- Bus to West Edmonton Mall a minute walk from front door.
- Grant MacEwan University is a 12 minute walk
- Bus to University of Alberta is diagonally across the street.
- Bus to NAIT is directly outside our front door.

- Due to a guest bringing extra guests we have installed a doorbell camera on the outside of our front door. Please note that the camera is not inside the suite. It is on the outside on the apartment door.

- Our suite does not have cable. It is a smart tv and is signed into Netflix for you to enjoy!

- To our guests: if you do not believe that we deserve a 5-Star rating, please inform us as early as possible so we have time to make your stay more enjoyable. :)
- When entering the apartment at night, please be quiet as the entrance is close by our neighbour's home
- Please take off your shoes at the entrance mat
- Quiet time is 10:30pm-7:00am
- Guests cannot bring animals
- Absolutely no parties
- Turn lights off when not in the suite
- Please no smoking in the suite. If you smoke, there is an ashtray provided on the balcony (please ensure cigarette butt is completely put out). Please be courteous and quiet to not disturb our neighbors. Ashtray must be used, do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground. There will be a $500 fine if there is smoking inside of the suite.
- Absolutely no extra unconfirmed guests or visitors
- Please do not use towels or face cloths for removing makeup. Wipes are provided. Fees apply to stained towels where stains cannot be removed
- Please do not leave windows open in winter for long periods of time

Guests who break our house rules may be asked to leave the property without a refund.

Place was really nice !!! Only thing for us was with my elderly parents there was alot of construction all around the apartment so no walking anywhere and Alot of traffic and delays for driving !!

Home away from home

Great spot to feel like you’re at home! Felt well rested and relaxed after staying here which allowed us to tackle the adventures we had planned! Very clean and cute aesthetic throughout!

Great renovation

We stayed here while working Beerfest. Amazing and very helpful hosts, the property was immaculate with a fresh new renovation. Located near lots of great restaurants, definitely worth the stay.

Cute little place. Great as a home base while sight-seeing. Bus stop directly out front. Quiet neighborhood. Only TV is in the common area, so keep that in mind if you like to fall asleep to Netflix! Host is kind and very responsive.Highly recommend!

Amazing Hosts and 2 bedroom suite

Communication with the hosts was fantastic which made checking in seamless. The apartment was very clean. Beds were super comfortable and awesome pillows.Easy accessible to all ammedities around and walking distance to many places.We loved our stay and when we come back to visit family we will definitely look to book this apartment again.

Nicely appointed apartment in a great neighborhood, which will be even better once the light rail is operating! Comfortable bed, portable AC unit in main bedroom, comfortable temperatures even in warm August weather. Didn’t use the kitchen, but it seemed well-equipped. Lovely towels, comfortable dining table seating. Perfect location for us, and appreciated assigned parking in the building lot.

Nice Stay

Nice renovated suite. It was noisy with construction and people and sirens. The halls were smelly from other food etc. It was close to where I needed to be. It was a nice stay

So cute

The inside of the apartment was adorable and clean the beds were comfortable and even in the heat the window AC unit and fans kept the temp reasonable. The outside of the apartment building could throw you off it’s a bit dated however the apartment itself was a haven!

Excellent in every way

This was our second stay at this apartment and it was even better than our first a few months ago. Stephen and Branden are perfect hosts: easy to deal with, happy to answer every message promptly, and happy to deal with requests of any kind.A bonus was that since our previous visit the living area and both bedrooms have been completely renovated and refurnished. Added to the convenient location and the kindness of the hosts, this made the apartment even more of a pleasure to stay in.We definitely plan to stay here again.

Highly Recommended! My stay was absolutely fantastic! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to nearby attractions or conveniences. Hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, providing excellent recommendations for local spots and making me feel right at home. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. This lovely, clean apartment suited us perfectly. Everything was exactly as advertised, and the hosts were brilliant to deal with. A huge range of food options are within a few minutes' walk, and bus transport is close by. We'll be back!

Beautiful place in Downtown Edmonton

This apartment is in a great location, safe and in walkable distance to stores and restaurants. It is beautifully furnished. The hosts are very responsive. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining in the home. They even had olive oil and rice which are available for the guests to use. The bathroom has a wonderful hot and strong shower. The apartment has a parking spot in the back of the building which is very helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

Great space but noisy building

The apt is awesome, the hosts did a lovely renovation and they are super responsive and it is well stocked. It is fairly good location, but as the unit is on the 2nd floor, you can hear the noise from the street. Note the building is old and you can hear the plumbing from the other units as well as just people walking above.

This was our third stay here and it was, as before, a wonderful base for us. Everything appears exactly as it does in the photos and as described. The hosts are really lovely people, messages and inquiries are answered quickly, and if there are any issues they're dealt with promptly. Access is easy, a supermarket and many other stores are a few minutes walk away, and there's a bus stop literally in front of the building. We'll be back.
