Brand New Luxury Condo | First Floor
Experience luxury living at The Sands on Seven Mile Beach. Located just north of the Kimpton Resort, The Sands is convenient to grocery stores, gourmet restaurants, five-star resorts, and an array of snorkeling and scuba excursions.
This oceanfront jewel offers six spacious 4-bedroom residences with dazzling ocean views. A deep list of unique amenities includes a rooftop terrace with a fitness center, shared pool, and dedicated yoga space. Beach access via a private gated sundeck is under development and will include beachfront loungers and umbrellas with a private staircase to the barefoot sandy beach.
Accessible by elevator from each residence, the exclusive rooftop terrace features a private cabana for each residence—an unprecedented feature in Cayman residential development. The Sands boasts one of the largest rooftop pools on Grand Cayman with mesmerizing touch-the-sky views overlooking Seven Mile Beach.
The Sands ensures rooftop accessibility for all guests with a wheelchair-accessible elevator plus a wheelchair lift to access the pool deck and cabanas.
Each 4-bedroom condo is designed for maximum privacy. With only two residences per floor, each condo is a corner unit with north or south-facing views. All condos have floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open to a large, glass-railed balcony. Each residence includes two complimentary underground parking spaces.
The chef’s kitchen, with top-of-the-line appliances and quartz countertops, is a culinary dream. A separate wine bar comes equipped with a sink and a beverage fridge.
