Punta Mita Beach Club Fee

Effective January 6, 2026

A one-time, per-person, per-stay access fee applies to all vacation rental guests and must be paid prior to arrival.

Adults & Teens (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service

Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service

Under 5: No charge



This fee provides access (subject to availability) to Club Punta Mita beach clubs and amenities. Additional facilities such as golf, racquet sports, ocean activities, and the gym incur extra charges.



The Neighborhood:

FIFA is nestled in the prestigious gated community of Punta Mita, offering 8.5 miles of pristine coastline with white sandy beaches. Guests can enjoy activities such as surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and whale watching. The vibrant Punta de Mita town is just a short golf cart ride away, providing access to local restaurants, shops, and cultural experiences. Nearby destinations include Sayulita, San Pancho, and Puerto Vallarta, known for their unique charm and authentic Mexican culture.



Getting Around:

Guests have access to two 4-seater golf carts, ideal for navigating Punta Mita's gated community and reaching nearby beach clubs and amenities. For exploring beyond Punta Mita, taxis and private drivers are readily available. The nearby town of Punta de Mita and surrounding areas, such as Sayulita and San Pancho, are easily accessible by car.

It is not allowed to get on the couches with shoes.
