Espectacular Punta Mita, que se encuentra a solo dos horas y media de Los Ángeles, de tres horas de San Francisco, a cinco horas de Chicago y Nueva York, y sólo 30 minutos de la nueva carretera de cuatro carriles desde el aeropuerto de Puerto Vallarta, es el hogar de los grandes cuatro estaciones cerradas Communiy maestra que también incluye instalaciones de Starwood y St. Regis, dos campos de golf frente al mar por Jack Nicklaus, y multimillonarias villas dólares. Rodeado por tres lados por el Four Seasons y el cuarto por las tranquilas aguas de la Bahía de Banderas es el pueblo de El Anclote, que cuenta con varios restaurantes excelentes, y el tranquilo pueblo de Punta de Mita, que es el hogar de nuestras unidades Cielo y mar en un precioso, complejo condominio de 18 unidades.

Cómo popular es la zona de Punta Mita? A pesar de las habitaciones que promedian $ 1500 / noche, el Four Season vende 11 meses al año, y villas en la zona ir para un máximo de $ 10.000 / noche. Punta Mita es particularmente popular entre las celebridades estadounidenses y los políticos que buscan vacaciones en la intimidad. , Está justo en la playa, y las terrazas miran directamente hacia abajo en el 80 pies de largo infinito piscina y los hermosos azules aguas tropicales de la Bahía de Banderas. Durante el invierno, las ballenas son un espectáculo diario, y en el dorado verano se pueden ver las curvas peces de cebo cerca de la orilla. La exposición sur significa inigualables vistas del sol desde el amanecer hasta el anochecer, así como los veleros, y la pintoresca cuatro millas reserva natural distante Tres Marietas isla.

Con la marea alta las unidades Cielo y Mar están separados por nada más que magnífica piscina infinita de la unidad! No importa si usted está buscando desde el interior de las unidades o en la terraza, todo lo que ves es la piscina, el mar y el cielo! Nadie está más cerca del agua que nosotros! Con gran surf - hay más puntos de surf dentro de una milla de nuestro lugar de cualquier parte de México, y que van en la habilidad de principiante hasta experto, restaurantes, a sólo cinco minutos a pie, natación, caminatas por la playa, buceo, pesca, naturaleza mirando, y unas puestas, no hay ninguna razón para elegir cualquier otro condominio.

Great property with amazing views. The condo was very clean, the on-site swimming pool and hot tub or excellent. Walking distance to all restaurants downtown and a great breakfast option right across the street.

My husband and I loved our stay at this condo. It was super clean, and had all the amenities that we needed. The patio was perfect for taking in the ocean view. We had the best communication with the local property manager, she was very kind and helpful. Definitely will stay here again.

Relaxing

Property was great. Could be better and more silverware. Could supply some baggies or plastic plus salt and pepper. No one was there to greet us even though we informed were going straight to unit from flight. Didn’t see anyone til next day. No unit numbers on doors. View great. TV in living room would be nice.

Beautiful Condo

Stunning views from this beautiful condo right on the beach. Very spacious and having laundry in the unit was so helpful. The location was perfect, with a great pool and easy access directly to the beach. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants and shops. We loved it and will be back!

Vrbo Punta Mita

The condo looked just as advertised. The view and the sound if the waves were lovely and relaxing. The driver recommended by the manager(Sam) was friendly, reliable and spoke English perfectly. Punta Mita had several good restaurants with great service, but were pricy. The beaches were good for surfing but not for walking on.

Relaxing easy vacation

This 1-bedroom condo was very spacious, on the 5th floor, with one full wall of windows overlooking a breathtaking view. It never got old. We sat outside on the large patio or inside on the huge couch and just watched the seabirds play for hours. The surf was small... about 2 feet, but the sound of the ocean was still very loud and wonderful to hear. Surprisingly, there were no bugs in our condo! The property manager, Eloisa, was very kind and helpful! The transport to/from the airport went well... took about one hour. We walked everywhere else around us. The little village along the water to the north was an easy 5-10 minute walk away. Important note: the beach is very rocky and although the ocean did have some sandy bottom, there was also many rocks buried. With the surf pounding, it was very hard to get out there in bare feet. We got pretty scratched up. Bring water shoes... and even so, you'll have to be very careful. This isn't the type of beach to laid out on and dip in the water. Also, when we went in March 2023, there was street construction going on 2 blocks away between the condo and the little village... we were a bit worried at first to make the walk over dirt streets, rebar, and across a rickety plywood bridge to get to the village, but we did it 2-3 times a day and it turned out okay. We got lost the first day because we didn't think that was the correct way to go!

Amazing Punta de Mita stay

We absolutely loved our stay. While the roads leading up to the condo may have you wondering what you’re getting yourself into, this place does not disappoint!! The condo is spacious and the view is absolutely unbeatable. While the beach out front is a bit rocky, and difficult for swimming, the beautiful pool and hot tub very much make up for it. We had a magical vacation and will stay here again.

Long weekend at Punta Mita

Great stay at the condo, better then the pictures, amazing view from the balcony and great pizza and breakfast at the restaurant across the street, and a liquor store right across the street. Walked to all the restaurants in town, no need for a car, will definitely stay again!

Most beautiful place I’ve stayed

The pictures actually make the place look smaller than it is. The view is amazing. Everyone on the premise is super friendly. Would recommend this to anybody and would love to come back.

Amazing Stay in Punta Mita!

The description and pics of the condo are spot on. It's clean, quiet day and night, and has everything you need right on the beach as advertised! Communication with Lety, the property manager and contact, is great. When we met our contact for the key and to be let in, a new 5 gallon water jug with pump and a new 10 pound bag of ice were brought straight from the store nearby. The whole town is super safe and all of the locals are so friendly. (Even though, the building is secure and requires fob or hard key access, so you feel double safe.) It' a 3 minute walk to the main drag in town, and the restaurant scene is amazing! We needed more than the 7 nights to enjoys all of the restaurants we wanted to. Don't ignore Casa del Pintor right across the street. Amazing fish and shrimp dishes as well as pizza if you're in that mood. The pool was never crowded and there were always chairs available. The pool and spa temps were just perfect. Parking on the street is plentiful. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back!

Awesome Property and Location!

My husband and I stayed in late October and absolutely loved the accommodation. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, the location was in walking distance to everything, the pool was beautiful, the other guests we met were lovely and the property management staff was excellent. We had a fabulous stay and I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful place to stay

The condo was fabulous, with a large main room and an amazing view! I spent much of my time on the large balcony, staring out at the ocean. Town and the beachfront restaurants are less than a ten minute walk. And there are great local taco joints 5-10 minutes away. The hot tub was decently hot (a rarity in Mexico). And the infinity pool over looking the beach was pristine and the perfect temperature. Lots of iguanas saunter through the pool area during the heat of the day. They live in the tree, and some are quite large. But they are harmless. The property manager, Lety, was friendly and helpful. (Note: easiest way to get ahold her is probably "What's App") I definitely plan to return!

Another Great Time In Punta De Mita

Punta De Mita is my favorite place in Mexico and the location of this condo couldn’t be better. The views from the balcony are amazing. The condo had everything we needed and the check in process was flawless. The beach out front of the condo is one of the best in Mexico. Warm water, good waves and even better vibes!!! It’s a great quite place to enjoy a relaxing vacation!

Excellent Stay

Lovely apartment looking out at Banderas Bay. There is an infinity pool and hot tub adjacent to a beautiful beach. The town, which is walking distance, has great restaurants. The best part is the gracious host, Donna, who opened up her well-appointed residence to a family very much in need of a getaway. Her staff were very helpful in lining up activities, like Marietas Island. I would stay here again and again.

Our favorite place in Mita!

We have stayed at EL Faro 2 many times. It is our favorite condo on the beach! Lety and Everyone at the Condo went above and beyond making our stay perfect! The condo was spotless absolutely no dust to be found anywhere! I that see people mentioned a poop smell. Since we stayed in Mexico a lot that’s some thing that happens. As long as you put the cover over the drain in the shower after you use it there is no problem at all. Staying at Donna‘s condo is like being home. Even better! We can hardly wait to go back and are already planning a trip for next year.
