Check in was wonderful, Karen was very responsive with our questions. Great location, the ski lift is one block up the road. Pool and hot tub wonderful. I recommend replacing the pots and pans. Great Stay.

We had a great stay, home was as it appears in pictures and the host was very responsive throughout our trip. The apartment would definitely be very tight for a group of adults all traveling with ski equipment but the location to the mountain was excellent and we enjoyed using the hot tub. Would definitely stay again, thanks for having us!

First for the good; our host was very responsive and worked to reconcile a bad experience. We stayed one of four nights, and our kids loved the pool the first evening. It's close to condo in direct line of sight.The unfortunate part of our stay was lack of cleanliness. Clumps of hair in the bathroom, the sheets did not appear to be washed as there was hair inside the sheets and on the pillows. Hopefully this was an isolated scenario of the cleaners not doing their job. As previously mentioned, our host had quick communication and was very prompt with refunding us three of the four booked nights. This was still a huge inconvenience, especially traveling with children.General comment for the condo is it's on the small side if you have a group of more than two, kitchen drawers / cupboards could use some organizing, refreshing on cookware, flickering light bulbs could get changed out, very little available storage space.

We want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that’s clean, comfortable, and ready to enjoy, so we’re sorry to hear that parts of your stay did not meet expectations. After sharing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following: - The cleaning team was asked to document the condition of the unit when they arrived after checkout, about 18 hours after the stay began. At that time, the concerns described were not observed, though additional linens and sheets had been used during the stay. - The same professional cleaning service has maintained the property since 2018 with consistent cleanliness standards and no similar concerns reported by guests before or after this visit. - Photos were requested during the stay so any concerns could be verified and addressed promptly, but none were provided at that time. - Comments regarding storage, lighting, and kitchen organization have been noted as improvements continue for future guests. Thanks for your valuable feedback.
