Just 100m to Health Club with heated indoor pool, spa, sauna, gym & BBQs. Resort offers kids’ pools, outdoor pools, playgrounds, games room, tennis, basketball, café, bar & wood-fired pizzas. Perfect Phillip Island escape for families, groups & beach holidays.
We want all guests to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Please take a moment to read and follow these simple house rules:

Check-out: By 10:00 am (unless arranged otherwise)

Please message us if you’d like to request early check-in or late check-out — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Please wash and put away any used dishes before departure.

Remove all rubbish and place it in the correct outdoor bins.

Leave the home tidy and in the condition you found it.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping

Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the Villa.

Smoking is permitted outdoors only — please dispose of butts responsibly.

🎉 Parties & Noise

No parties, events, or unregistered guests.

Quiet hours: 9 pm – 8 am.

Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
