7kms of trails for walking, jogging or using e-bikes and pedal cars, the Villa is set amongst natural Austalian flora&fauna, native plants and animals that inhabit the Island. Set back on a huge private property, the hustle and bustle is well at bay. Facilities such a s pools, spas and sauna's accompany gym and recreation facilities. BBQ's and outdoor picnic areas surround amenities like the tennis court and games room.

Down the road are all the major stores. A plethora of eateries and attractions adorn Phillip Island and we recommend looking through information provided in the guest information booklets. The Phillip Island information Centre in Newhaven is HIGHLY recommended for a visit arriving or departing the island.

Naturally vehicle access is granted around the resort and motorbikes, car trailers and the like are accomodated. Many prefer to get around the resort on foot or pedal but the journey to Cowes township is 5 mins by car.

We do offer E-Bike hire for the duration of you stay at a small cost and are provided on request.

They are the Fortis model 3, 16" and 20" model provided. All instructions are given with the charging port. All bikes are signed for by the user before use as per the agreement and inspected on pickup. Please use locks provided and never leave bikes unattended unlocked.
