• 3 bedrooms - Master with queen bed, ensuite & A/C.
• Air conditioning & smart TV in the loungeroom.
• Free use of 2x kayaks for immediate river exploration.
• Unwind on the rear deck with stunning valley views and sunsets.
• Outdoor fire pit (BYO wood).
• Pets are most welcome - fully fenced yard.
• Secure undercover parking & storage for cars, bikes, boats etc.

This 1940s classic river weekender cottage is clean and comfortable, not a luxury mansion. It’s built for fun, not fuss.
Positioned next to a main road and can be noisy, complimentary earplugs are provided if required.
Larger boats recommended to be launched at Murwillumbah or Condong ramps. Trailer can then be taken through to back yard for temporary removal if required.
