The open-plan living area centres around two generous sofas and a smart TV, creating a comfortable place to unwind with a coffee or settle in for a quiet evening. The kitchen is fully equipped for easy meal preparation, with thoughtful touches like a Nespresso machine and ample crockery and cookware. The dining area brings everyone together, while sliding doors open to a covered patio with an eight-seater setting and lounge chairs, perfect for alfresco dinners and long, relaxed evenings.

Each bedroom is designed with comfort and privacy in mind. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, soft linens, built-in storage, and a private ensuite. The second bedroom features a double bed in a calm, restful setting, while the third includes a single-over-double bunk and a dedicated desk—ideal for quiet work or keeping younger guests entertained. The main bathroom includes a full-sized bath and shower, with a separate toilet for added convenience.

A separate laundry with a washer, dryer, and outdoor clothesline supports longer stays, while ducted heating and cooling ensure comfort year-round. A secure garage, driveway parking, and a fenced front yard complete the home, adding everyday ease to this welcoming coastal stay.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
