Relax with the whole family in this peaceful Dover Gardens retreat, ideal for both professionals and families. Just under 2 km from the coastline, it offers an easy beachside lifestyle, while Westfield Marion—Adelaide’s largest shopping centre—is only a quick 3-minute drive away.
Inside, the home features three comfortable queen beds, two separate living areas and a spacious dining room with an open-plan kitchen, giving you plenty of room to unwind, cook and enjoy your stay. A convenient, family-friendly base with everything you need nearby.

Guest can enjoy the entire house exclusive of the garage.
Other Things to Note:
Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges.
Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform us. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns ASAP.
Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.
Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.

Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.
