The sparkling oversized pool invites endless fun and relaxation, while the bubbling hot tub is perfect for soaking away the dayâwhether under the morning sun or the stars at night.
Retreat to the primary suite, featuring a spa-inspired bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, or unwind in the double-queen guest suite, which also has private pool access and an en-suite bathroom. Two adjustable desks let you easily switch between sitting and standing â perfect for blending work and relaxation.
Fairtide Escape is dog-friendly, allowing up to two housebroken dogs under 35 lbs (non-refundable $150 fee; larger pets may be approved). Additional conveniences include garage parking and the option to heat the pool.

POOL HEATING INFORMATION
Pool Heating Schedule: The pool heater operates from October 1st to April 30th.
Temperature Setting: The pool heater is set to maintain a temperature of 80°F, starting at 8 AM daily.
Operational Hours: Pool hours are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm every day.
Climate Considerations: In Northeast Florida, there are days during the winter months when air temperatures may not adequately support pool heating. Heat pumps are effective in climates where average daily air temperatures during pool season exceed 60°F. Please consider this climate information when booking, as it may affect swimming comfort during colder periods.
Pool Heater Charges
The cost for pool heating is $100 per week, plus tax.
Please adjust your expectations based on the regional climate and average weather temperatures before confirming your booking.
IMPORTANT & REQUIRED: After booking you will be asked to complete guest verification through a trusted third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. Truvi will contact you via email to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
THINGS TO NOTE
Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.
Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.
Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (8) at any time.
Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Evidence of smoking/vaping will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.
Parking: Vehicles must be parked in the driveway, no parking on lawns, sidewalks, streets, or swales, no overnight commercial vehicles, and no trailers. Trailers can receive an exemption, but management must be notified for approval.
