This one bedroom Kiawah Island vacation rental offers a view over the Roy Barth Tennis Center and is just a 7-minute walk to the beach.
As you enter this coastal villa youâll be greeted by a bright and open living area, highlighting a queen size sleeper sofa, two lounge chairs and a large flat screen television. The updated kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything you need to prepare a meal. Located just off the kitchen is a dining area, suitable for four. The screened in porch is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the shade after a day playing tennis at the Roy Barth Tennis Center.
The bedroom offers a king size bed, a small work space and an abundance of natural light. The en suite bathroom provides a dual vanity with sleek cabinetry and a shower/tub combo.
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
