This Kiawah Island vacation rental is a beautifully updated Tennis Club villa with two bedrooms, a screened porch, and peaceful lagoon views. The villa is a 7-minute walk to the beach.

Upon entering this second-floor Tennis Club villa, you are greeted with tile floors and a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space to prepare meals during your stay. The kitchen opens up to the dining room with a table and seating for 4 and has convenient access to the screened porch. Hardwood floors, a comfortable sofa, two chairs, and a TV make the living room a great place for entertaining family and friends. Sliding glass doors open up to the large screened porch with seating for four to enjoy the spectacular second-floor lagoon views.

The primary suite features a king-sized bed, a TV, and easy access to the screened porch. The large bathroom features double sinks and a tile shower. The second bedroom features two full beds, a TV, and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer and high-speed wireless Internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Perfect for us

The arrival and entry to the unit were hassle-free. Exactly as pictured and very clean; I especially liked that I could walk in bare feet and feel no cleaning product on the floor! Unit was well stocked with everything we needed. Great property manager, great location, and I'll certainly book this unit again.

Great Location and Quiet

For our first trip to Kiawah Island, I was pleasantly surprised by how nice, quiet, and uncrowded the beach and neighborhood were. Beach rental credit was excellent and the condo met our needs. Be sure to rent some bikes and a trailer for your trek to the beach. The walk isn't terrible though. The unit is showing its age a little and could use some TLC.

Relaxing condo close to beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in this condo. We were amazed at how quiet the area was, both day and night. We spent a lot of time on the screened porch. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk away. The kitchen had everything a guest needs to prepare meals, with the exception of seasonings/spices. The only drawback to this condo was the bed in the master bedroom should be replaced. It left us sore and we aren't old.

In need of deep clean

Checking into the property was easy and we were excited as the photos looked cute. Once we got there I noticed that the property was in need of a good clean and maintenance. There was long black hair all over the dining room floor and the master bathroom floor and bath mats. I did call the property manager right away and housekeeping was sent back to get deal with those two above mentioned issues. The draperies in the living room were falling off so I used the dining room chair to climb up and rehang back up. The screened in porch was filthy....cob webs and sand all over the furniture and dirt all over the floor. So much so that we didn’t use the porch. I tried to sweep up the floor but there was no dust pan. We found a pair of ladies panties on the floor by the dust ruffle in the one guest room. I used a hanger to pick them up and throw out. Also found paper bags and food wrappers under master bed. The property looked much better in photos as again in need of significant deep clean and paint job.. We loved the area/location but they could do a much better job with cleaning property. Probably won’t rent from them again.

The townhouse was great, and the porch overlooking the water was perfect. We rented bikes with our beach gear credit and had a blast riding on the beach and on the pathways throughout the development. Bonus-alligator and bird watching from the deck!

Cozy spot, a bit dingy and far from beach.

It was .9 miles to walk to the beach and back, which was fine for the most part, but bring a wagon to haul the young kids and gear. The property was cozy with comfy furniture in the living room. There are spots of mold near ceiling vents and various spots in the bathroom, which kinda spoiled the vibe and made things feel a little unclean, but we overall enjoyed the stay.

Wonderful location and Kiawah was beautiful as always! Perfect size property for my small family. I do wish the villa had a few more cups but due to coronavirus we were eating in more than the average vacationer.

First the lock on the front door occasionally did not work the first time and I had to try a second time to turn the dead bolt to unlock the door. I reported this problem to you when I arrived and second time but the lock was never fixed. Secondly, the fan and light in the living room never worked after I turned on the light switch in the living room.
