Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
While showering, ensure the bathroom fan is always on, continue the fan for at least 30 min afterward to ensure humid air is properly vented.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed inside or on front stairs at any time. Smoking allowed 20 ft. from doors. Do not litter your butts outside.
There are people staying below you. Please refrain from making loud noises, bangs, jumping and keep tv volume at a minimum in their consideration.
