The cozy couches invite you to unwind and enjoy time with family and friends, while the Alexa-enabled lighting makes it easy to set the perfect mood with just your voice.

Continue into the open-concept kitchen, thoughtfully designed with plenty of storage and everything you need to feel right at home. The induction stove makes cooking a breeze, and the French-door refrigerator provides ample space for all your groceries and vacation snacks.

Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a bright dining room with seating for six guests under a charming chandelier that gives the space a warm, welcoming glow. It’s the perfect spot for shared meals, board games, or morning coffee together.

From there, step into the rec room, complete with a full-size pool table and a view of the backyard pool and lounge area, a true favourite among guests.

Upstairs, you’ll find three generous bedrooms, each designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, soft linens, and a remote-controlled ceiling fan and light for your comfort. The second bedroom has two single beds, perfect for siblings or friends, with a large window that welcomes in the morning sunshine. The third bedroom also offers a queen bed with a remote-operated fan and light, creating another cozy retreat for restful nights.

The full upstairs bathroom includes a modern vessel sink and a long wall-length mirror, making it easy to get ready for the day or wind down at night. Just off the front entrance to the right, you’ll also find a convenient half bathroom for guests to use throughout the day.

Downstairs, there’s a second living room with a comfortable couch sofa and TV, perfect for movie nights or curling up with a good book. The cabinet beside the TV is filled with games for all ages, making it a cozy hangout spot on rainy days when you can’t enjoy the pool.

Step outside to your backyard oasis, where the fun really begins. The metal gazebo offers shaded comfort with couch seating for up to seven guests, the perfect place to relax with a drink in hand. Gather around the propane fire pit as the sun sets or share a meal at the outdoor dining set that seats six. A propane grill is ready for your summer BBQs, so you can cook up family favourites while enjoying the fresh air.

The star of the backyard is the 30 x 16 in-ground pool, sparkling and inviting on warm days. For added peace of mind, the pool is fully gated, providing a safe setup for families with little ones.
