Summary:

Just a short stroll from Bribie’s shimmering shoreline, this pet-friendly haven brings modern convenience to relaxed island living. Spacious interiors flow from the sleek kitchen to the bright living area and out to the private pool and patio designed for alfresco dining. A dedicated games room adds space to play, while air conditioning and heating ensure ultimate comfort. With parks, playgrounds, the golf club and boat ramps nearby, it’s the ideal base to explore the beauty of Bribie Island.



The Space:

Experience relaxed coastal living at this spacious two-storey retreat just a short walk from Bribie Island’s shoreline, cafĂ©s, the golf club, surf club and Woorim’s main street.



Step inside to an open-plan ground floor, where the modern kitchen and dining area overlook the sparkling pool and outdoor entertaining area. The kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric stovetop and oven, with a dining table for eight. To the left, the cosy living room invites you to unwind on one of three comfortable sofas, enjoy your favourite shows on the smart TV, and stay cool with ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans.



To the right of the kitchen, the games room brings extra space to play with a convertible pool and a ping-pong table. Outside, cool off in the pool or gather on the undercover patio for alfresco dining with seating for six and a BBQ. In the cooler months, the firepit offers a welcoming place to unwind under the stars.



Downstairs:

Bedroom 1 (Primary): The spacious primary suite features a luxurious king-sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a ceiling fan, an air-conditioning unit, a smart TV and an ensuite.

Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): The ensuite offers a shower, corner bath, vanity, and toilet.

Office: Adjacent to the main bedroom, the office is perfect for those who need to study or work away from home with a desk, widescreen gaming monitor and office chair.

Powder Room: Conveniently located next to the office, with a toilet and handbasin.

Laundry: The European-style laundry is concealed within the games room cupboard and features a front-loading washing machine and dryer.



Upstairs:

Bedroom 2: Furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, wardrobe, air-conditioning unit, and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3: A lovely room with a plush queen-sized bed, a wardrobe, a ceiling fan, and an air-conditioning unit.

Bedroom 4: Perfect for kids or singles, this bedroom is furnished with two long single beds, a wardrobe, a ceiling fan, and an air-conditioning unit.

Bathroom 2: Serving the upstairs level, this bathroom includes a shower, vanity, and a separate toilet.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire double storey home along with space to park 2 cars in the double carport, there is an additional off-street car parking space (open air parking) behind the front electric gates, plus free street parking available.



The Neighborhood:

Situated in the relaxed coastal enclave of Woorim, this home places you within easy reach of Bribie Island’s eastern shoreline—perfect for morning swims, long beach walks and laid-back days by the surf. A cluster of beachside dining options sits just a short walk away, including Bribie Beach Bar, The Surf Club, Pigface Seafood, Mokha Cafe, Blue Pacific Hotel and Mojo’s on North, offering everything from casual bites to oceanfront meals. Families can wander to nearby parks and playgrounds, while keen golfers are only an 11-minute walk from the Bribie Island Golf Club. With boat ramps, fishing spots and scenic nature trails close by, exploring Bribie Island’s natural beauty is effortless.

Getting Around:

Santai Sands is perfectly positioned for exploring Woorim on foot. Just 600m from the shore, you’ll be within walking distance of the beach, cafes, restaurants, the surf club and golf club. While we recommend having a car to explore the wider island, public transport is also on your doorstep, with a bus stop in front of the home (Arcadia Ave near Heron St), linking you to Woorim and Bongaree.



Other Things to Note:

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking are always fine).



*Pet-friendly for dogs, 2 maximum - upon application, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.



*Smoking is strictly prohibited at this home. We kindly ask people who smoke to smoke outside away from the windows and doors and to dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on Bribie Island after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*To ensure a smooth check-in, all guests complete a simple online form prior to arrival. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.



*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
