This Balinese-style 5-bedroom waterfront villa spans almost 9,000 square feet across three levels of elegant indoor and outdoor living spaces with sweeping panoramic views of The Ritz-Carlton Golf Course, as well as calm canal views.

Your property manager will help to set up a Ritz-Carlton Resort Account upon arrival. Our guests will have access to all of the services the Ritz-Carlton offers, as well as restaurant, cabana, spa, and tennis or golf reservations. The Ritz-Carlton also has a kids' camp.

The resort features large shared pools; however, your private infinity pool will be enjoyed more by family and friends. A poolside summer kitchen with a propane BBQ grill and multiple sundecks adds to your quiet enjoyment.

You will find 4 bedrooms in the main villa, plus one bedroom in the detached guest cottage. There are three luxurious en-suites in the main house, including an oversized jack-and-jill ensuite on the lower level connecting two of the bedrooms.

-- Bedroom 3: lower level, king bed, HD television, walk-out access to the pool deck, shares a jack-and-jill ensuite equipped with dual vanity, bathtub, a separate shower, and an outdoor shower.
-- Bedroom 4: lower level, two queen beds, HD television, shares a jack-and-jill ensuite equipped with dual vanity, bathtub, a separate shower, and an outdoor shower.
-- Bedroom 5: detached guest cottage, private entry, king bed, HD television, ensuite with dual vanity, and shower.

Your service fee includes 2 hours of light housekeeping each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, excluding holidays. Cleanings can be scheduled with the property manager upon arrival. Additional three-hour blocks of housekeeping can be purchased after booking.

Equipped with a gourmet kitchen, gas range, and ample dining space, this home is a great place to host a private chef dinner for those special moments with loved ones.

1 complimentary 6-person golf cart is provided during your stay for quick transportation around the Resort.

-- Owner requires a $2,500 refundable damage deposit for all stays.
-- The refundable damage deposit is released back to the guest 7 days after departure pending any damages upon inspection.

The Deckhouse villas, resort spa, restaurants, kids camp, plus golf and tennis facilities are located on the east side of the resort, connected by a pedestrian bridge from the landside to the oceanside. A complimentary golf cart is provided for use during your stay.
