Beautiful and great location

The condo is beautiful, spacious and perfectly located on the first floor of the south tower with the patio being steps away from the pool. Concierge was great to work with and Ritz ammenities were top notch.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd Summer that we had come to Ritz in Grand Cayman and we had a good time. This was our 2nd time at this residence -- Time has come to do A LOT OF FIXING AND UPGRADING -- this place had seen better days -- it really needs to be painted, electrical sockets fixed, door handles fixed, bath rooms fixed, etc. Oh yea, forgot about the broken AC during the most of our stay there -- it was miserably hot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay, location, service were all fantastic. The only small issue, their is a need for some repairs in several of the bathrooms of this unit. It appears someone damaged the wall pretty severely and it was never repaired. Also, the HVAC was very odd, with two different thermostats, one which was almost "hidden".
