Host was extremely difficult to address our concerns. There were outstanding maintenance issues several of which were not satisfactorily resolved during our 39 day stay. We were dealing with Host off shore call centres. Most of the the staff had poor English making it difficult to have them understand the problems.. We were initially unable to access the property via the front door for the first 2 days of our stay (resulting is 37 days stay). A maintenance person provided access to the property on day 3.
