ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a king bed, TV with cable, and private bath with shower. Second bedroom has 2 queen beds, and TV with cable. Third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed and deck access. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, kitchen island with bar stools, stove with oven, double door refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - TVs with cable, WiFi, board games, and card games. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer available.

PARKING - 3 car driveway, no garage access. All vehicles must be parked on the driveway to the left of the home. No vehicles can be parked in the front of the home.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
