Saltwater Escape in Summer Salt is a brand-new, three-bedroom coastal cottage located in the highly desirable Summer Salt community of Orange Beach. Thoughtfully designed with comfort, style, and relaxation in mind, this home welcomes you with a bright open-concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms ideal for families or small groups. Step outside to enjoy the private patio or take a short walk to the community pool or the nearby beach access.

PET FRIENDLY — One dog (maximum weight 25 lbs) is permitted in this home. If you plan to bring a pet, please inform us in advance. A non-refundable $150 pet fee per dog will be added to your stay. Any additional cleaning required will be billed to the credit card on file.

The community offers a putting green, community fire pits, a lake, an outdoor zero-entry pool (not heated), a pool house, and a community grilling area. Summer Salt is conveniently located just minutes from public beach access.

• Access to the balcony is available from the living room.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home. The dining table seats six, with three additional barstools at the counter.

• A full-size washer and dryer are located inside the home.

• The living area has a sofa sleeper for additional accommodations.

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.

• The third bedroom features two twin-over-twin bunk beds. (Children six years of age or younger should not use the top bunk.)

• The home has a gas grill available for guest use. Guests are responsible for providing propane. A community charcoal grill is also available—guests must supply their own charcoal.

• Maximum parking for three vehicles. Boats, watercraft, campers, and trailers are not permitted.

• Skip the long lines—keyless entry makes check-in and check-out simple and convenient.

This home is equipped with a Ring camera at the front door and an additional camera facing the street/driveway.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Due to recent incidents of credit card fraud, we have implemented additional security measures to protect our guests and ensure a smooth check-in process.

If you are booking a reservation to arrive within the next 48 hours, we kindly request that you provide us with a copy of your ID and credit card. The name on these documents must match the name on the reservation. We must receive these documents by the close of business on the day that you booked your reservation.
