Just minutes from Kitsilano Beach, Jericho Beach, cafes, shops, and transit, this suite offers a convenient and peaceful home base for short or extended stays.
🌺 Outdoor Garden – Relax in a peaceful, private garden, perfect for unwinding or enjoying a morning coffee.
📶 High-Speed Wi-Fi – Stay connected throughout your stay, ideal for remote work or streaming.
📺 Entertainment – Large TV with YouTube, Netflix, and PS4 (bring your games and controller!).

🔹 No Shared Spaces: The lower level are completely private, ensuring that you're comfortable. Additionally, a private laundry room is available for your convenience
🔹 Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for your use, along with detergent.
🔹TV: Please be aware that the TV is not a smart TV. Streaming apps (such as Netflix, YouTube, etc.) are accessed through the PS4, not directly from the TV itself

Identification Requirement:
For the safety and security of all our guests, we request that guests provide us with a copy of their ID upon booking.
Check-in and Check-out Hours:
Our check-in and check-out hours are essential for our cleaning team's preparations. If you require an earlier check-in or late check-out, please notify us with 1-2 days' notice, subject to availability. Unauthorized extensions may result in a $200/hour fee.
Parking:
We request that you park only in the designated areas listed in our check-in instructions.
Shoes Off, Please:
We ask that guests refrain from wearing shoes or slippers inside the house. This tradition helps preserve the cleanliness of our shared spaces.
Toilet Use:
We request that you only flush human waste and toilet paper down the toilet. For all other items, please use the bins provided for proper disposal. This will help prevent any plumbing issues and ensure a trouble-free stay for everyone.
Authorized Guest Count:
To ensure a cozy and safe stay, we request that only the guests listed in your reservation join us at the property. Please notify us promptly of any changes to your guest count. An extra guest fee of $50.00 per person per night applies.
Recycling:
We encourage guests to consider recycling during their stay to reduce our environmental footprint. Your participation in recycling is greatly appreciated and contributes to a more sustainable and eco-friendly experience for everyone.
Garbage:
We kindly ask that you dispose of and manage your trash responsibly. Excessive garbage may result up to a $300 fee for additional disposal costs. Thank you for your cooperation.
Respecting Quiet Hours:
We highly value your comfort and the peaceful atmosphere of our property. Quiet hours, observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, ensure a serene experience for all guests and neighbors. Your understanding and cooperation in respecting these hours contribute to a harmonious stay for everyone.
A Smoke-Free Environment:
To maintain a comfortable environment for all, we strictly enforce a no-smoking policy indoors. We impose a fine of $1000.00 to cover extensive cleaning and odor removal, ensuring the comfort of all guests.

Before confirming your reservation, please review the provided cancellation policy. Once your reservation is confirmed, it will be assumed that you acknowledge and accept the terms of the cancellation policy. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend considering the purchase of travel insurance to safeguard against potential losses resulting from unforeseen cancellations.
Maintenance and Care:
We request that you treat our home with the same care and respect as you would your own. Our dedicated team follows a checklist to ensure everything is in order for our guests. If, during your stay, any items are accidentally damaged or broken, please promptly inform us so that we can arrange for necessary repairs in consideration of our future guests.

No pets are allowed unless approved in advance. Unauthorized pets will incur a $1000 penalty to cover deep cleaning and potential damages.
🎉 Event Policy
Unauthorized events, parties, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. A $1000 penalty will apply for any violations, along with possible immediate eviction.
