Open plan living flows seamlessly from the gourmet kitchen through to the dining zone, where a statement chandelier crowns the space and lush palms bring tropical warmth. The living area centres around a feature fireplace with built-in media wall and timber shelving, opening directly to a private garden courtyard, perfect for long lunches or evening drinks under softly lit greenery. A dedicated media room on the first level offers a quiet retreat with sofa and desk for remote work or evening movie sessions. The internal laundry features a premium washer, dryer, and dedicated storage. Central heating and cooling maintain perfect temperatures year round.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen delivers refined luxury with its raw marble waterfall benchtop, bespoke cabinetry, and gold fixtures. A Hydro Zip tap dispenses sparkling, still, and hot water on demand.
