A dedicated media room on the first level offers a quiet retreat with sofa and desk for remote work or evening movie sessions. The internal laundry features a premium washer, dryer, and dedicated storage. Central heating and cooling maintain perfect temperatures year round.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen delivers refined luxury with its raw marble waterfall benchtop, bespoke cabinetry, and gold fixtures. A Hydro Zip tap dispenses sparkling, still, and hot water on demand. Premium appliances include combi steam and pyro-clean oven, induction cooktop with downdraft ventilation, and two dishwashers. Sleep
Two ground floor bedrooms share a jack and jill ensuite: one queen, one king single. Upstairs, the master suite commands the best position with king bed, plush carpets, walk-in robe, and a private balcony capturing Bondi Beach glimpses. Navy accent bedding against sea grass wallpaper walls creates hotel resort-level sophistication. Built-in wardrobes complete each bedroom.

There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a car-sharing app such as Uber.

- The carpet throughout the property is sisal this is a natural fibre. There are existing stains on the carpet from previous spills. It is important not to get these carpets wet.

Please be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. IDs for verification will be required, and a pre-authorisation hold will be placed one day prior to arrival.
