Introducing your perfect home away from home! This pet friendly 3 bedroom,
2-bathroom vacation home is located in the ideal central location and offers
comfort, style and convenience for the entire family! Just 100 yards from the
Mammoth Creek park, you can fish the creek, use the playground or picnic at
the tables or large grassy area or enjoy the Mammoth Community Rec Zone or LA
Kings Ice that offers a host of activities and year-round recreation
opportunities. Just a short walk across the street and you are at The Bowling
Alley, grocery store, shops, restaurants, and the movie theatre. The Chateau
Blanc complex also offers a large outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi.
Everything you need to keep your little ones entertained. Inside the unit
features floor to ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings and a renovated interior.
Enjoy a modern, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, keurig
coffee machine, air fryer, a dining area that can seat 6 and a private BBQ
grill on the upper deck. The spacious living area is ideal for relaxing after
a day of adventure, and offers a large sectional with recliners, a large 65"
flat screen smart TV, along with cozy pellet stove to warm up. You have the
added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, and a home office desk space
to work/school remotely. On the upper level there is one bedroom featuring
bunk beds with Double on bottom, Double on top, mounted Smart TV, and a full
bathroom with walk-in shower. On the lower level the primary bedroom features
a Queen bed, with TV, access to the downstairs ground floor patio and has an
adjacent jack-n-jill style vanity, full bathroom with walk-in shower. The
third and final bedroom is ideal for the kids with two sets of bunks, a Full
over Full, and Twin over Twin. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an
extended stay, this inviting retreat provides everything you need for a
relaxing and memorable stay, for the whole family including the pups! Dog
crates, portable AC unit and lots of family games are also included! All
guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy
facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility,
yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 8
people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two
parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free
to call our office for alternative options. There is one step to enter this
unit, two levels inside, and no smoking permitted. The Mammoth Rec Zone offers
EV charging stations, and access to walking / biking paths around town. The
red line shuttle runs on Chateau Road offering free shuttle access around
