Welcome to the timeless Snowcreek resort! This beautiful condo offers forest and mountain views - right near Snowcreek Meadow, for lovely walks next to the creek and views of Mammoth and Sherwin Mountains. Conveniently located by the town bike path and free town shuttle for easy access to the mountain and all-around town.

This property offers easy self-check-in, in-unit laundry, private BBQ, and year-round access to jacuzzi and sauna.

About the Space:
This 1-bedroom, 1 bath, property offers a light and bright atmosphere, with over 830 sq. ft., vaulted ceilings, and extra windows looking out to the forest and mountains. The home is comfortable, with updated mountain style furnishings and décor.

The living space has a nice open feel. The living room offers a pull-out leather couch, with a pellet stove, to keep warm during the cold winter months. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to prepare a delicious meal and there is a dining room table with bar seating. Off the main living area is a private deck with private BBQ.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed with closet and dressers. There is also a full bathroom in the hallway with a separate vanity and tub/shower. Across from the vanity is private, in-unit laundry.

In the hallway, off the main bedroom are two single over single bunk beds.

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, and pellets.

You will love visiting Mammoth and staying in this homey space.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Snowcreek - there is one jacuzzi and a sauna.

My family had a very nice stay here — the condo was easy to find, easy to access, cozy and comfortable, and effectively had everything we needed. The red line bus stop was just outside the property, which gave us a direct transportation to the main lodge for easy access to skiing.

A beautiful end unit in Snowcreek Phase 1, with an amazingly comfortable bed and bedding. Easy communication with the management team and a peaceful stay made for a wonderful respite.

New Years trip

Loved our stay. Perfect for me and my 2 kids. Great location. There was not enough parking and a friend of the property owner surprised us early the morning we were checking out by letting himself into the unit to prepare it for the owners arrival later that day.

Mammoth in Summer

The condo was easy to find, and enter. Parking was never an issue. Only issue was signing into the wifi (there was a new router- password) but the host responded quickly with the new one. It was the 80’s in July and i was concerned about no A/C but the unit stayed cool and there were nice breezes from the windows. The bed and couch were quite comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed except for products like zipllocks, plastic wrap, and foil. Four of us were there the first night, then the three guys went backpacking. I enjoyed the time alone, and explored the area. Especially liked hiking to the Inyo Craters in the rain (with thunder ❤️). The drive up Rock Creek Road, all the creeks, and streams, the lake, etc , beautiful! Convict Lake is lovely. The Vons is close by, Giovanni!s has great pizza, and found a thrift shop, Cast Off, that was awesome.

Lots of noise from on going painting a little ogg putting yo f8nd man on ladder right outside bedroom window first thing in am. Felt like we could not open drapes to appreciate view with painters all around.

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable place in Snowcreek. The bed was just firm enough and we loved the twins tucked into the hallway. We also noticed a trundle bed tucked inside the closet. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could want during your stay. Some of the windows were inoperable but we were able to get a nice cross breeze with the windows that did open. The dining table and kitchen cupboard show some wear but this is a delightful condo located very close to the spa and the entry to the meadow.

Great spot

We needed a base for some hiking over the weekend. The property was convenient and it was easy to park. LOVE the meadow being walking distance away each evening, even saw a coyote!

To be fair, we booked last minute when not much was available. Comfortable enough and listing accurate. The host was very responsive, check in was easy. The condo and furniture are in need of updating and the living room is dark. The kitchen had everything needed, but most of the dishes/pots/pans/etc was chipped or worn out. OK for a weekend getaway.
