Review:This property is definitely not what it is being advertised as being. My partner and I showed up for a romantic week in Nicaragua to find dirty underwear drying on lines on the one redeemable spot of the whole place which is the top deck with the views. Talk about a vibe killer. Not to mention Jean Pierre, a scam artist if I ever met one. Just out of trying to be fair, we agreed to a 50% return after checking out the next morning, while he said that he would do so, he of course, has failed to follow through. We had mold on the toilet seat and lid, mold in the grout in the showers, and ant infestation in the refrigerator, Furniture that was broken just left on its side in the middle of the living room, and not to mention the most uncomfortable couch and chair that could possibly be thrown in there. This is not a place for a romantic getaway, from the host to the property filthy through and through.
