THE APARTMENT
A two bedroom, two bathroom inner-city security apartment, carefully curated with beautiful objects.
Featuring a contemporary design across three levels with parquet timber floors throughout.
The lounge/ dining room has floor to ceiling sliding doors to the balcony, overlooking the courtyard.
High-speed, unlimited NBN connection with all the streaming services at your disposal.
The kitchen is well stocked with good quality pots and pans, dining service, oven and a gas cooktop.
There is a pantry with basic ingredients, teas, oil etc...
The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom.
It opens to another balcony, also overlooking the courtyard.
Second bedroom is generously proportioned and has a long single bed. The second bathroom has a bath and a shower. We include beauty products for your convenience.
An internal laundry stocked with washing powder and a linen closet with towels for home as well as the pool/beach.
Though we don't have air conditioning, we have fans in all the rooms. The north and south facing aspects of this apartment produce a wonderful airflow between the balconies.
Secure underground garage with two car spaces available.
A 25m heated pool and decking in the courtyard and a very well-equipped gym if you feel up to it.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Very conveniently located.
Underground railway station is a five minutes walk.
This station is two stops from the domestic and international airport and two stops from the Sydney CBD, Circular Quay and Sydney Opera House.
Just on the corner is a bus stop which connects you to all the urban transit bus routes.
Two blocks north is Waterloo Station, a link to the new high speed Metro line.
NEIGHBORHOOD
Positioned in a buzzy neighbourhood with dozens of great restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. You will find all the info about the apartment and nearby restaurants, cafes and transport collated in a folder on the dining table.
We take bookings for 1 week or longer.
