It is an area called Hastings SUnrise, and best of all just down the street is the ocean with many great parks , cycling routes, hikes, skateboarding and exercise parks..........you name it!!!! you will love this area.

As well, the house has been carefully designed for quiet, heavily insulated, new windows, central heating and air conditioning, 4 balconies facing east and west, and bedrooms on main floor while upstairs is all open concept!

Very nice house and location. Only downfall was that there was no shampoo or soap provided. Also the towels were wet when we arrived and never really dried- as the washer/dryer combo was having a very hard time drying them. Not sure if maybe the owners stay in the place from time to time but there were clothes, and other items in some of the drawers. Other than that- it was a great stay with a great location.

Very nice home with a huge park across the street; unfortunately the World Cup was using it for all the Fans to gather, but it was quiet after 10pm. No real grocery stores nearby, unless you had a car.
