🚭 No Smoking or E-Cigarettes – Strictly prohibited inside the apartment or in the common areas.
🔇 No Parties or Events – A ZERO tolerance policy is in place; violations result in immediate eviction & loss of deposit.
Quiet Hours – Please respect neighbors & maintain quiet from 10 PM - 7 AM.
💳 Security Deposit – A $600 bond is required before check-in via credit card authorization (fully refundable if no damage occurs).
Photo ID is required during the check in process.
We kindly ask all guests to help us maintain the peaceful, high-standard environment of this home by following a few simple rules:
A valid photo ID, email address, and phone number are required prior to check-in.
Please respect our no-party policy and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
A refundable security deposit of NZD $600 (minimum) is required before arrival.
Smoking, vaping, or drug use is not permitted inside the suite or on the balcony.
In the rare case of a noise complaint or evidence of smoking, an additional fee of up to NZD $500 may apply.
These measures ensure that every guest enjoys a serene, premium experience — thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
