Welcome to this spacious, two story home located in the peaceful suburb of Banora Point. Designed for comfort, relaxation, and making memories. The entire house is yours to enjoy, featuring brand new ducted air conditioning for year round comfort.

A new smart TV with streaming apps and a large couch is ready for those cozy nights in.
With large amounts of storage options, laundry facilities and high-speed internet, you will have all the comforts needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The large living area on both floors allows you to find quiet space for downtime or for some focus time.
KITCHEN & DINING:
Our modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, barrista coffee machine and all essential cookware. A seperate outdoor kitchenette BBQ completes the downstairs area as a seperable level.
Enjoy your meals at the indoor dining table or take it al fresco on the deck.

Some paths are easy and scenic, while others lead into lush subtropical rainforest where waterfalls like Unicorn Falls appear almost unexpectedly at the end of a quiet track. A short drive brings you to coastal gems like Fingal Head, where the lighthouse watches over turquoise water, and the ancient volcanic landscapes of the Tweed hinterland sit right on your doorstep.
