Duck Crossing is a beautifully decorated condo located in the gated Pirate's Cove Resort—an ideal setting for both serious anglers and laid-back vacationers. Overlooking one of the community's quiet canals, the covered balcony offers a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or wind down in the evening. The home features updated finishes, including quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, with thoughtful coastal décor that adds charm without clutter.
Built for Relaxation and Recreation
Guests of Duck Crossing enjoy access to Pirate's Cove's wide range of amenities. The main clubhouse features a large bar, living area with a pool table, bathrooms, plus a separate arcade room. Outside, you'll find a community pool, hot tub, playground, and tennis and volleyball courts. Keep your routine with access to an excellent private fitness center. The boardwalk wraps around much of the marina, perfect for an early morning run or evening stroll to one of the two onsite restaurants: Bluewater Grill and Mimi's Tiki Hut. Offshore and inshore fishing trips can be booked through the Pirate's Cove charter fleet. Covered parking is available, and many guests find there's no need to leave the community once they arrive.
