The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, and the lounge includes a Smart TV with Netflix and seating for a quiet night in. Fibre internet is also available for reliable streaming and work use.
Located in the city centre, the property is well positioned for easy access to nearby cafes, shops, and public transport. Bus stops are close by, with the main interchange a short walk away, and the airport is around 15 to 20 minutes by car. Grocery stores and daily essentials are all within walking distance.
