The Space:

This welcoming two-story villa offers a relaxing escape for families or groups, featuring a private backyard with a pool, hot tub, and space to unwind after a day at the parks. Inside, the home has a comfortable, open-concept layout and thoughtful amenities for a worry-free stay.



On the ground floor, you’ll find one spacious king bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom for added privacy. The bright living room opens into a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for home-cooked meals. Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms: one with a king bed, two with queen beds, and one with two single beds, all sharing a full bathroom.

Other amenities include high-speed WiFi, a washer and dryer, a dedicated workspace, smart TVs, and family essentials like a crib and high chair. Guests also have access to a nearby shared gym and driveway parking for two vehicles.



Guest Access:

Your family/group will have full and exclusive access to 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in this home, the common living spaces, and the pool and outside areas. You also have access to the resort amenities and clubhouse.



Guests are required to obtain an access card at the Emerald Island Resort Clubhouse upon arrival. It’s $20 dollars (cash) per vehicle, non-refundable, and it’s required in order to access the Clubhouse facilities.



Each vehicle must have its own access card. Any visitors must also be registered with the clubhouse.



The Neighborhood:

The home is inside the resort community of Emerald Island, where you’ll have amazing activities and resort-style amenities such as:



- A clubhouse with 2 heated pools/whirlpool spas, a tiki bar, a sauna, a gym, various sports courts, an arcade & nature trails.

- 300-acre conservation area with 11 acres of a heavily wooded area in the center surrounded by scenic lakes.

- The resort is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants for dinner or an adult night out. Many shopping options and outlet malls too.

- Great golfing in the area like Orange Lake Golf Club.

The nearest airport is Orlando International (MCO), about 25 miles away. Drive time varies based on traffic. The property offers two driveway parking spots. Public buses and ride-share services are also available within a 10-minute drive from the home.

Important things to know before booking with us:



This is a 5-bedroom rental inside a two-story, 7-bedroom home. You will have the house to yourself; there will be no other guests, but only 5 rooms will be accessible for up to 10 guests. We ask that you please refrain from opening the unavailable rooms.



Baby safe gates, Pack-n-Play travel crib, and high chair are also available at home.



We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, trash bags in all trash cans and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. These items are not replenished. When you run out, you’ll need to buy more. Any other items you need will have to be purchased and brought in or packed with you (like shampoo, conditioner, etc.).



The pool at the home can be heated for an extra charge. If you’d like it heated, please let us know at least 48 hours before check-in, as it takes time to fully heat the pool.



A BBQ grill with a new gas propane tank is available for use for an additional fee.



There is no daily housekeeping service, but a mid-stay cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate.



Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore, there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, sugar, cooking oil, etc., prior to check-in. You’ll need to pick these up at the supermarket if you intend to cook at home.



Please use the trash bins in the property to dispose of all trash, including cardboard boxes. Please discard trash daily and upon checkout. Trash must be tied up in 13-gallon (or larger) plastic garbage bags. PLEASE DO NOT DISPOSE OF LOOSE TRASH! IT MUST ALWAYS BE SECURED OR IT WILL NOT GET PICKED UP, AND THERE IS A $150 FINE. (You'll find trash bags in the kitchen closet. Additional trash bags are available for purchase in the clubhouse's sundries shop or a supermarket). The raccoon strip on the outside canister must always be secured.



Any excessive trash that does not fit in the proper bags must be taken out to the large trash compactor on Hidden Grove Rd. next to the tennis court. For much larger items, a trash compactor is available in Phase 1 of Emerald Island.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



There are exterior surveillance cameras at the home for security reasons and to ensure guest safety.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.

- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.



Interaction with Guests:

You can check yourself in using the keypad. All access codes and check-in instructions will be provided within 24 hours of your arrival.
