Enjoy access to the river, a cozy outdoor sitting area, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill. The river access is shared with two other cabins that might or might not be rented during your stay.

There is plenty of parking for 8 cars.

Located in Rincón, just 6 minutes (3.3 km) from the town square and 8 minutes (4.3 km) from the beach, this property offers the best of both worlds: peaceful countryside vibes with quick access to the coast.

Host and her assistant were extremely responsive, the location and atmosphere were incredible for my family and I to feel welcome, we had plenty of space, and many options to relax. It felt like our own safe oasis, yet less than 10 minutes from town, shopping and beaches

My wife and I and friends spent April at the Los Vagones del Rio, Units 3 and 4. The bottom line up front, this property exceeded all our expectations. The Haciendas are located in a lush green tropical private gated compound surrounded by Sea Almond, Mango trees, banana and jackfruit plants and a stream flowing in the back. During the day we were serenaded by various tropical birds like the Bananquit, Pearly-eyed Thrasher, and the beautiful Venezuelan Troupial, visited by various friendly lizards by day and at night by the sounds of the famously loud tiny Coqui frog. Just 6 minutes to the best Rincon beaches, shops, and restaurants, 34 minutes to the Aguadilla airport. Our host Zayna was extremely friendly, polite and responsive to our littlest annoyance, on a Sunday, replying in a matter of minutes to have us supplied with a new tank of propane for the fire-pit. The cabins are converted shipping containers, air conditioned, and equipped with WiFi. Each has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a full kitchen. The larger unit # 3 has a living room with a TV, Unit 4 has a TV in each bedroom. Both units have full size tin-roofed porches with celling fans, and very comfy furniture. When it rains the porches are the perfect place. There is a firepit, gas griddle, gas grill, a washer/dryer, 6 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and coolers. If you are visiting Rincon and want a very cool, private place to stay away from crowds, parking hassles and traffic Haciendas is a perfect retreat

Location was peaceful and enjoyed being among nature - however was extremely hard to find, especially since we didn’t arrive until after dark. Appreciated use of both units, ample space for our family of 6. Showers were challenging (inconsistent heat and terrible water pressure), mattresses were very firm and hard to get comfortable. Delayed communication with host. Well decorated but outdoor furniture in front of one of the units were all moldy. Washer/dryer outside, which was fine. Air conditioned, which was nice. Inconvenient to constantly have to lock and unlock padlock to get in/out of gate. Worth it for the price point. If I were to go back to PR, I’d probably pay a little more for a nicer stay.
