With the sunset town of Rincon becoming so popular over these last few years it is truly a pleasure to have a place we can call home away from all the crowds and cars. We are located in Rincon close to Aguada which provides guests the experience to enjoy the this famous surf town while providing a place inside a 145 acre private community with it's own secluded beach, pool, exercise room, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts (tennis rackets, balls & basketball provided-bring your pickleball stuff) all located at the water's edge down a nearly mile long driveway from the street (Rt. 115). Our beach-front home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each vacation stay. Our vacation home contains a master (king-sized bed) boasting excellent ocean/beach views and private bathroom with a large walk-through closet/changing area. The second bedroom (also a king-sized bed) boasts the identical great ocean views and doubles as a 'second' master bedroom. The third bedroom for the children consists of two sets of bunk beds (4 twin-size beds). There is enough sleeping accommodations for your entire vacationing families where 2 couples can have their own rooms and the children have their own bunk-beds. Outside the master bedroom/bath suite there is a full hallway bathroom, linen closet and laundry room. Front-loading stainless steel washer (w/ detergent) and dryer are present. The ground floor consists of an overly-sized living room, dining room with views of the ocean along with the den/TV room. The kitchen is very large and well-equipped with all the necessary cooking and bake ware you'll need including a 12 piece of upper-quality Gotham Steel cookware set. The kitchen is also equipped with an ECHO SHOW with UN-LIMITED PRIME MUSIC. You can listen to any song you want, including complete albums of your favorite bands and artists. So much better than a simple CD player or a static-e radio. There are hotel-quality towels for bathing and the beach provided. The den contains a 50 inch 4K UHD Smart television, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc. Bring your user names and passwords. Wi-Fi is provided inside the entire villa and first and third floor patios as three Eero wi-fi extenders keep you in touch back home or for business. The third floor patio is partially covered and provides seating for 8 around the bar-height dining table to enjoy the beautiful sunsets of Rincon (best in the summer months). Two-thirds of the patio is open to the sun and is terrific for star gazing. Our large palm tree provides shade when relaxing on the outdoor sofa & lounge furniture while enjoying views of the ocean. There are also a couple of chaise lounges for those who can't get enough sun. Wear sunscreen, the Caribbean sun is indeed strong. These chaise lounges are also great to spend a night sleeping outside underneath the stars while listening to the gentle sounds of the ocean. A light blanket from the hallway closet and pillow will be all that you need for possibly the best slumber of your life (we have personally experienced this ourselves). There is also a first floor patio for barbequing. Large rooms and plenty of sleeping areas along with terrific views of this ocean/beach-front villa makes this property truly unique. Our 3rd floor patio was voted the best of views by residents of the community as unparalleled views of the ocean are provided from there. Surfers take to the ocean right in front of our complex as there are 3 'breaks' present.
The vacation home is located inside the 145 acre, man-gated private community of Punta del Mar Beach Village where you and your loved ones will experience rest and relaxation, quiet times and tranquility, cleanliness of our home along with peace of mind that your children are safe and close-by. The season tide pool allows for younger ones to swim without the worry of big waves crashing at the shore. There are a couple of good-quality boogie boards for your enjoyment. The villa is located along some of the best areas of beach for sea-glass collecting which the children will love to bring back home to show their friends. Much artwork and jewelry is made with sea-glass.
Strolling along the beach towards the sunset to well-known restaurants such as Casa Islena and Tamboo for lunch or dinner are short 10-15 minute walks respectively. Located on the northern side of Rincon, east of Sandy beach, provides the terrific surf which has made Rincon the tourist attraction it has become. The village at Punta del Mar provides the relaxation for a well-deserved vacation while still being close to the vacationing hot-spots. Like to walk/jog? How about the close to a mile-long complex driveway off Rt. 115. Tennis courts (rackets and balls provided), There are also pickle ball courts. Beautiful swimming pool, basketball courts, friendly local neighbors. You can walk over 5 miles of secluded beach to get your daily steps in.
