Kable House is a beautifully curated coastal retreat nestled in the heart of Pearl Beach—just over an hour from Sydney. This expansive estate features three private dwellings—the Main House, a self-contained Granny Flat (Kable Cottage), and a Separate Studio Retreat—offering the perfect blend of Hamptons elegance and relaxed beachside living.

Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and only a one-minute flat stroll to the golden sands, Kable House is designed for relaxation, connection, and effortless comfort. It’s ideal for extended families, executive groups, or friends seeking a tranquil escape.

The Estate

Kable House comprises three distinct yet connected dwellings:

The Main House is the heart of the estate—light-filled and perfect for entertaining and dining. It includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Kable Cottage is a fully self-contained guest house with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a private living area—ideal for a second family or teen retreat. This is also where you’ll find the large outdoor dining area and BBQ.

Kable Studio is a luxurious sanctuary for one or a romantic suite for two, featuring a queen bedroom, ensuite, and lounge space.

All three dwellings are seamlessly connected by expansive decking, creating a stunning central hub for entertaining, relaxing, and gathering under the sun or stars. Kable house is only rented as a complete estate and not available as separate dwelling. You will always have the entire estate and block to yourself.
