Cooking will be pure pleasure in the large kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and sleep will be blissful in the comfy bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms has a coastal flare and the primary suite in particular shines thanks to its giant ensuite bathroom with a large bathtub, balcony access with Lake and Gulf views.

Consider its amenities- walking trails, an expansive pool deck with four separate pools and a free seasonal shuttle across the lake to the shores of the Gulf. For those who enjoy a nice leisurely walk you can go to and from the beach via the preserve trail or the public beach access year round.

This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY. No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!! Smoking on property could result in eviction.
