In order to make arrangements for housekeeping and check-in requirements, we require a booking lead time of at least one day. Hence, we cannot assure a 3pm check-in time for last-minute bookings, particularly when there is a departing guest. Guests who have made advance reservations and need to be checked-in are given priority over last-minute bookings.

It's highly recommended to plan for a 3pm check-in time. Once your place is prepared, we will inform you accordingly. In case you require earlier access, you may consider booking the night before, subject to availability. While we strive to accommodate such requests, please note that unlike hotels, we do not have alternate rooms to offer. Hence, if a guest checks out on the same day as your arrival, the housekeeping team requires sufficient time to prepare the place, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
