It will feel more like a comfortable, warm bath, not 'hot'. Pool heating requests and payments must be made no later than 48 hours prior to arrival to ensure availability during your stay.
All bookings are subject to approval pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete the guest verification process within 24 hours of booking will result in automatic cancellation.

For a smooth stay and to respect our neighbours and the council, please follow the guidelines below:
1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Lively Properties.
2. The maximum number of guests allowed on the property strictly at any time during the day or night is 10.
3. According to local laws, all outdoor areas, including decks, balconies, spas, and pools, are off-limits after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has noise alarms.
6. Strictly no "schoolies", hens or buck's bookings.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking and vaping are prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. No pets.
10. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property (4 cars maximum); no street or nature strip parking.
11. No outdoor cooking except on the BBQ provided.
12. No open fires of any type on the property
13. The pool and spa equipment area is off limits. Tampering can cause damage and repair costs may be charged to the guests.
14. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 3 days post-checkout.
