Other things to note

Please note Tulum is a newly developed area in Mexico. As such we as hosts have no control over power outages, water shutoffs, temporary cases of no hot water, construction noise etc. and therefore no refunds or discounts will be provided during such cases as it is out of our control. These are issues even top hotels in Tulum experience. With this said, Aldea Zama is the most developed area and therefore the chance of these disruptions is much lower than in other areas.
