Guest access
Access is through the main lobby. To the right side of the front reception desk set to the back is an elevator/lift, take this to the 3rd floor. Come out of the lift turning right you will walk past the gym to your left, go through the wooden door at the end, (please be mindful to close this door behind you, as it may slam when there is wind); then turning right looking for apartment for your rooftop Penthouse. To open the door, enter the numeric code you will receive via the Vrbo messaging app and press the “#” button.

We’re bubbling with excitement! A new rooftop photoshoot is on the way, now featuring solar power—making your Penthouse fully green. Enjoy phenomenal shade and comfort in your private spa and BBQ area on the rooftop.

For safety, there are two exterior security cameras: one at the main entrance and another above the rooftop door.

Please note that we are a strictly non-smoking property, including vaping. This policy applies to the condo, as well as the rooftop and sunroom/conservatory.

Please note that we are happy to welcome service dogs at our property.

Gym hours: 8 AM to 9 PM, Monday to Sunday. To access the gym, please request the key at reception and return it after use, along with the air conditioning control. Yoga mats are also available upon request.
