Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, minutes from everything Big Bear has to offer. Just a few short minutes' drive to the ski resorts, shopping, restaurants, Alpine Zoo, and the Village.

LIVING SPACE - Comfortable 900+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fan, dining table, smart TV, wood burning stove fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan. Third bedroom has a double/double bunk bed and ceiling fan. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Soaking jet tub in the bathroom. Smart TVs with cable, Apple TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Laundry area in the garage with a side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Huge fully fenced yard with back patio and gas barbecue. Tranquility is yours while listening to the birds in your own enchanted forest, surrounded by trees.
