The accommodation comprises a combined living with open fireplace and split system heating and cooling, kitchen with dishwasher and a living space that is light and bright and overlooks a sunny front deck, perfect for summer BBQs.
Offering 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom across the mid-century styled home, with families kept in mind during the styling process. Adjoining to a ;large swimming pool and a separate above-ground spa. This property will suit any season, family and entertainment needs. Set on a quiet no-through road with private residents’ track access through to the ocean beach.
