House Rules:
Guest Limit Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time—day or night—must not exceed the number stated on the listing. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.
1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Peachy Properties.
3. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM, including decks, balconies, spas, and pools.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. No "schoolies" bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 11.
10. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking. Maximum of 4 cars.
Guests are required to complete a booking form. For non-airbnb bookings there is a refundable security bond of $500, which will be released 7 days after check-out.
