Stay at the Bay is a comfortable 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom holiday home perfectly positioned in beautiful Acacia Bay. This well-appointed property has everything you need for a couples’ retreat, family getaway, work trip, or a catch-up with friends.



Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with separate toilet, and an inviting open-plan living area that flows effortlessly outdoors. The home sleeps up to 5 guests comfortably.



Step outside to your private, fully fenced entertaining area, complete with a large deck, BBQ, and plenty of space for the kids to play — the ideal setting to unwind and soak up the relaxed holiday atmosphere.



Travelling with family or friends? Combine your stay with the 2-bedroom cottage located at the front of the property, Kinder Cottage. Together, they create the perfect setup for two families or groups holidaying together, offering the option to enjoy shared time or retreat to your own private space.



Located in a highly desirable part of Acacia Bay, you’ll have an abundance of nearby activities to explore. Take a 10-minute stroll to Besley Park and enjoy its pirate-themed playground, tennis courts, community hall, and recreation reserve. For lake lovers, Acacia Bay’s North Beach Reserve is just a 3-minute drive away, offering public BBQs, a pontoon, a jetty, and safe swimming. Boating enthusiasts will appreciate the Acacia Bay South boat ramp, only 4 minutes away.



Right across the road, you’ll find the Acacia Bay shopping centre, home to a convenience store, coffee cart and The Bay Bar & Brasserie — perfect for an easy meal out.



When you’re ready to explore more, Taupo’s town centre is just a 6-minute drive, where you’ll find a great selection of cafes, restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

Parking: 2 x off street parking, including boat parking. There is no guest access to the garage.

Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.



Linen included – We are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.

Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
