Stewart Retreat features ducted heating and cooling for the bedrooms and a split system unit for the living area. A ceiling fan is located in the living area and bedroom 3 has been equipped with a pedestal fan. An electric blanket is located in bedroom 2.

Outside, the expansive entertaining deck has been perfectly curated for both relaxation and hosting. Sheltered and spacious, it provides room to connect, dine, and unwind, complete with a BBQ setup for alfresco evenings. Indoors, the dreamy kitchen is the heart of the home, featuring a blue splashback that complements the home's character, contemporary cabinetry with ample storage for long-term stays, and quality amenities including a coffee machine and dishwasher. Each bedroom has been designed for ultimate comfort, with ducted heating and cooling to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom continues the home's aesthetic with sleek bronze accents, matte black finishes, a striking patterned floor, and a sumptuous bathtub.

Stewart Retreat is located a 500m leisurely stroll from the Bathurst CBD. Enjoy the luxuries of having award-winning cafes and restaurants, heritage parks, and charming boutiques just moments from your doorstep.



Your morning coffee awaits with a choice from The Grind (400m), Village Bakehouse (550m), Bake Table & Tea (600m), or Country Coffee (650m). The Jack Duggans Irish Pub (650m) and Dudley Hotel (850m) stand as a local favourites, offering a cosy atmosphere to enjoy a meal or beverage with family and friends. Cobblestone Lane (750m) provides a fusion of an Australian, European, and Asian-inspired menu in a historic building. Guests have easy access to groceries with Harris Farm Markets (400m), IGA (750m), and Coles (950m) just a short distance away.



Venture over to Machattie Park (850m), a 19th century Victorian park with picnic spaces, water fountains, walking paths, and picturesque scenery. Please be aware that this property only has free street parking and driveway parking is not possible as the gates will be locked.



Please note that there are 2-3 steps going from the alfresco area to the backyard. There is also 1 small step onto the front verandah and another small step at the front door.
