Another fantastic trip

Love this location and we will book with 360 properties again. Tina of “welcome” perks, fantastic customer service, easy check in/check out. Unit was lovely, comfortable, great view of pool and beach, and perfect for our large family.

Nice place with a great view of the Gulf. The pool nice and clean. The padded pool chairs were great. We were glad to have the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. Would go there again.

July 2018 Stay

This is our fifth stay at Villa Coyaba, so guess we really like it. We enjoy being on the beach and near good food and shopping! Our unit was clean and with a well equipped kitchen. Only complaint would be the sofa in living room, something not right about it!!! Hope to be back next year!

Family Girls Trip

I brought all the girls in my family on a 'Girls Trip". We could not have had a better time. The condo is absolutely beautiful and so clean. Just a short walk or uber ride to many local attractions and restaurants and shopping. Having your own private beach is also a huge perk! We will be back!

Paradise!

Always a phenomenal stay when coming to Villa Coyaba in Destin. 360 Blue also left so many treats and goodies for us around and I have nothing but amazing words for them and the property. We felt safe the entire time and there are multiple gate codes to go through when coming and going to the beach so others can’t come onto the property. A wonderful time as always with a stunning view of the beach and sunset each evening!

Great location and very nice condo. The unit was clean but the balcony was not. We washed cigarette ashes and something sticky off the table and floor.

Ladies of the 80's get together.

Amazing. We had a group of 8, 60 something ladies and we get together for a few days to enjoy each others company. This condo was perfect, roomy, clean, on the water, great area to hang out, roomy bedrooms so just enough privacy. Not one complaint. Thank you

The place is great and the view is amazing. Overall it's a very enjoyable experience. We had issues with one of our two parking spaces being taken but it was promptly addressed. One complaint from last season was the wifi strength and it was not addressed. A simple and inexpensive wifi extender will fix this.

Great option for multiple families

Amazing views of the ocean and beaches were so clean, three king size rooms and dual queen rooms were very spaceous as well. Bunk bed set up was extremely small even for smaller children. That was the only thing that I didn’t realize as the photo of that room didn’t really show how small it was. Barely enough space to get to the top bunk for any older children. Overall a really nice accommodation for our party of ten with 4 15 year olds!

The accommodations were very comfortable. The WIFI coverage in the unit was very weak. The modem was housed in a steel enclosure in the laundry room preventing max signal. Very difficult to connect if not in the kitchen or closer. NO signal on the patio.

Destin 2024

The property was outstanding and just as presented. The condo was first class and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the great location and the pool was exceptional. We are looking to hopefully rent this same unit in the future. We need to apologize for submitting the checkout process late. We actually decided to check out early and left Friday night at 9:30pm so we could bear the traffic and planed on processing the checkout process from the rode. Things got crazy on the roads and we forgot to complete the checkout process until we were an hour from home. We hope this didn’t cause you any difficulties.

August 2015 Stay

Condo is amazing, view is amazing!!! The table chairs are heavy so they make a lot of noise (we bought felt things to put on them so that helped) however the condo above us did not and it was LOUD!!!!! We had an issue with the door handle for the sliding glass door but it was fixed immediatley after one call. Wifi is not great... You can't connect to it while on the balcony... Needs a booster in the kitchen. Bring a big pan, only small pans to cook on! Overall the stay was great and we can't wait to come back next year!!!!!!!

Bachelorette Beach Bash

I rented this property for my daughter's bachelorette trip. This place was perfect! Beautiful 4 bedroom plus bunk room, 3 bathroom condo right on the beach which was perfect for our group of 12. The beds were extremely comfortable and much needed after having the fun that accompanied the purpose of the trip. Two complaints that I had. The first one with a place as large as this there isn't much seating in the living room. A couch, loveseat and 2 chairs isn't enough room for the number of people this place accommodates. My second complaint is parking. You have 2 parking spots reserved for your room and if you have the need for another spot there are like 6-8 visitors spots, which were always full. We had someone that parked in our spot repeatedly and was told to call the manager. When we talked to the manager he said just park in someone else's spot, that totally defeats the purpose of assigned spots. They did have hygiene boxes in each bathroom incase your forgot it and in the kitchen there was a starter box for cleaning up in the kitchen. There was also a nice gift for the renter, it was an otter box/ dry box for your phone which included a small bluetooth speaker and portable speaker for you to take home with you. Overall great experience and already looking to book for next year.
