Welcome to Crystal Dunes 601! Situated in the top floor penthouse, unit 601 is a recently updated, airy and roomy accommodation creating the perfect space to make memories with your family and friends. Some of the updates to this unit include; new paint, new furniture in the living room and bedrooms as well as new flooring. The space is thoughtfully laid out and decorated to accommodate 10 guests with high ceilings and sweeping views of the gulf. Crystal Dunes is a smaller building with only 38 units and includes a pool in the front of the building as well as elevators, trash chutes and a grilling area.

Taking the elevator, or stairs to the top floor, guests are initially greeted by the sleek entryway that gives access to one of the queen bedrooms and a king bedroom. The queen bedroom has an ensuite with a shower/tub combination and the king bedroom has an ensuite with an extra sitting or reading area and a walk in shower.

Back into the hallway, guests will immediately notice the new kitchen with updated counters and appliances as well as the open-concept living room boasting sweeping gulf views. The dinning table seats 6 comfortably with four additional seats at the counter-height bar facing into the kitchen. The kitchen opens up to a beautiful living space with a plush sofa, new furniture, a flat-screen TV and tall windows that frame the gulf of mexico. The balcony is a beautiful spot to catch some sun or enjoy a beach read and contains a table with four chairs as well as two other seats.

Next to the kitchen and living area is a master bedroom with gorgeous views, a king size bed and ensuite master bath. Complete with double sinks and a large walk in shower, this is the perfect master accommodation to get away from the group and have some peace and quiet. There is also a very large laundry room next to the master bedroom in the main hallway.

Perfect for teenages or younger children is the upstairs bedroom and bathroom, that contains a queen size bed, twin bunk beds and an ensuite bath, complete with a walk-in shower.
