- Tenants will have access to the amenities under the following conditions: They must present a hard copy written lease (not a copy on their phone) to Westbrook Village Association (WVA) and only those persons whose names are on the lease can have access. This lease could authorize the purchase of guest passes and should provide that the tenants will be responsible for any damages. There is a $25 fee per person and this is good for the duration of the lease term.
